Not sure what gear to get for certain trips, a new biker unsure of where to come from on how to ride, a new biker unsure of where to get a bike or even which bike to get, you need this book. It is a fantastic resource for those who are new to biking, curious, or even need just a good resource book. I have it on my shelf in my garage and got it shortly before I started biking.
I read it cover to cover because it really is preparing you for a life of biking and what you are getting yourself into financially and time management wise. You would be loathe to start a life of biking without getting this book.
